This morning I woke a little later than usual, and had to hurry to get to the church, and didn’t arrive until the parishioners who pray the Rosary together were beginning the third decade of Hail Marys, though I was in time for Mass, because it is Thursday today, and at the church I’ve been attending on Thursdays here the Rosary is prayed before Mass, not after. So I promised Our Lady, in my mind, that I would pray the first two decades of today’s Rosary at some point later in the day, after I’d returned to my parents’ house and had walked Bluey and had eaten breakfast and had written an entry or two, which I am doing now.
