Actually I didn’t lie down at all, but remained seated here at the table, in front of my laptop, though I did reach for the large, hardcover, illustrated book, and opened it to Inferno, and read through to the end of canto 9, which I’d begun last night but hadn’t finished by the time I’d gone to bed.
