I was going to say something about the reason for secrecy around that network of people and organizations I’ve described (rather rashly, I’m sure) as ‘Satanic’, and I will go ahead and say it, even if it might be obvious, and anticlimactic, because to omit it now would leave me at something of a loss as to how to continue, though I’m sure I’d think of a way to do so eventually (as all I’ve been doing, since the outset of this book, is recording one thought after another, as each one has occurred to me, regardless of its continuity or thematic 'seemliness’).
