I spoke of Jesus just now in the past tense, but that is because I was referring to his temporal life, when he walked the earth in his assumed flesh, and interacted with real, historical individuals who happened to be alive, and in the Holy Land, at the time of his birth, which is to say during the incarnation of the Second Person of the Trinity. But really his judgment is ongoing, or ‘out-of-time', insofar as it belongs to eternity and is in no way subject to the metaphysics that constrain us, as mere creatures.
